Our role

Aarhus Vand took the first step to create Water Valley Denmark and with the support from Aarhus Municipality’s council members, an idea was made into a reality. The intention is to create an epicentre, where all the big businesses in the water sector are gathered. The idea by placing the entire water sector in one area is to support the Danish water-growth and -export through innovation and technology development.

Aarhus Vand was the first business to start building at the new location. In March 2021, Aarhus Vand started building their new domicile in The Spring. The new domicile was done in January 2023, and so, Aarhus Vand relocated all their employees to have their daily operations at Water Valley Denmark.
