The digital transformation of Aarhus Vand is a central enabler and a pre-requisite for Aarhus Vand being able to achieve our business goals. If we do not actively transform it will be very difficult to excel as a business. The digital transformation involves everyone in Aarhus Vand, our business partners and those we interact with. It involves our business processes and making best use of the opportunities digitalization offers.

The digitalization across the business will mean that Aarhus Vand in the future will be more digital than we currently are. Therefore, we will be more competent at working together, we develop new products and services, we develop new business models, and in this way, Aarhus Vand will become an even more exciting and developing work place.

We have developed and configured the Digital Blueprint to support several major Aarhus Vand projects. The blueprint provides a flexible and scalable approach relevant to future projects. We know that there is great value in our data, but also recognize that today we do not exploit the full potential of it. To activate data it must be easily accessible, quality stamped, secure and reliable. Therefore, we have established a common and cloud-based data platform that creates an overview and secure access to data and information.

The data platform is an integral part of our digital workplace - a flexible and virtual version of our physical workplace. The digital workplace makes everyday life easier by integrating data and digital tools, facilitating communication, sharing knowledge and developing new ideas quickly. The digital workplace is about collaboration, communication and connections, with the employee at the center.
